We built a hybrid workflow that starts with high-quality, instructor-led production, then scales that content using AI avatar video tools (Synthesia + HeyGen + ElevenLabs), so updates become a script edit and re-render, not a full re-shoot. We captured instructors in a controlled setup (lighting, audio, etc.) to create “hero” lessons and a clean visual baseline that elevates trust and production quality.
