Modernizing Global Code of Conduct Training

Problem

The Beckers Group needed to update and standardize its Code of Conduct training for a multilingual, geographically distributed workforce.

The goals, deliver a modern, engaging course that’s easy to maintain, localize across 10 languages, and deploy as a SCORM package directly within Zensai’s Learn365 environment in Microsoft 365 for reliable tracking and compliance reporting.

Solution

SkildLabs designed and produced a concise, scenario-driven Code of Conduct course in Articulate 360, then packaged it as a SCORM-compliant module for Learn365.

What we did:

  • Purpose-built for Learn365: Structured modules, completion rules, and assessments mapped to Learn365’s tracking/reporting so L&D and Compliance can monitor progress in Microsoft 365.

  • AI-assisted localization (10 languages): Used Articulate 360’s AI features and a streamlined glossary/workflow to fine-tune translations and narration, then performed human QA to ensure cultural and legal nuance.

  • Interactive, real-world scenarios: Situational dilemmas on conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, data privacy, and speak-up culture, with immediate feedback and knowledge checks.

  • Future-proof authoring: Clear content governance (masters, variables, media libraries) so updates to policies or wording cascade efficiently across all language versions.

Benefits

This project exemplifies how thoughtful design and localization can turn mandatory compliance training into an engaging, globally consistent learning experience.

Consistent global message

A single master course (with SCORM wrapper) localized into 10 languages ensures uniform policy understanding across regions.

Faster updates, lower maintenance

Centralized templates and AI-assisted workflows reduce turnaround time when policies change—update once, republish all.

Seamless delivery & proof of compliance

Deployed as SCORM in Zensai (Learn365) for robust enrollment, tracking, and reporting within Microsoft 365—simplifying audits and completion evidence.
