We customized the platform to allow company owners to purchase multiple seats, assign courses to employees, and track their progress—all within an intuitive dashboard. This elevated the LMS from a solo learning tool to a team management solution.
Integrated Payments via Stripe:
We configured Stripe and to enable seamless payments for both individual users and business buyers, supporting one-time purchases and recurring billing.
Community-Driven Learning:
We added social learning features, including discussion boards and private groups, to foster peer-to-peer interaction and enhance retention.
Launched as a pilot to select industry stakeholders, the course library delivered standout results, with some courses reaching 74% success rates and dropout rates under 10%—far above industry averages of ~60% completion and 30–50% dropouts.
The seat management system empowered company owners to self-manage learners, reducing admin overhead and improving user experience.
With subscription-based pricing and a system designed for bulk enrollment, the platform was set to become a scalable revenue channel.
